1. What operating systems can I run SVG Merge on?
We have versions available for Windows (XP SP3/Vista/7/8/10/11) and Macintosh OSX 10.11 - 12
2. Why is the demo not merging all my SVG files?
The demo version will limit the number of SVG files that it merges and will add a DEMO watermark.
3. Can I use my serial to install on both a Windows and Macintosh machine?
No. The license keys are specific to the platform for which it was purchased for. You will need to purchase a separate license for each platform you wish to use the software on.
4. Is Sure Cuts A Lot software required to use SVG Merge?
SVG Merge is a standalone software and does not require Sure Cuts A Lot to use.
5. Can the merged SVG files be used with Cricut Design Space
Yes. You can use SVG Merge to combine multiple SVG files into a single SVG file to upload for use in Cricut Design Space.
Activation
6. I lost my serial number. What should I do?
You can retrieve your lost serial number by visiting our
Lost Serial Number area. Choose the product you lost your serial number for and enter the e-mail address you used when you purchased the product. We will check out records and send an e-amil with your serial number.
7. How do I Activate the software?
There are 2 ways to activate the software.
1. Choose Activate in the program from the startup window or under the Help menu and enter your name and serial. Make sure you don't have any anti-virus/firewall blocking our software from connecting to the internet to activate.
2. Choose Activate in the program and check the Manual Activation box which will show a Site Code and Activation Code field. Use your serial and the site code shown to
generate an Activation Code on our website and enter that code back into the program.
8. How do I transfer the software to a new computer?
Choose the Deactivate option under the Help menu. This will require a valid internet connection to complete. Once it is deactivated, you can use your serial key to activate the software on a new computer.
9. How do I obtain an Activation Code?
You must first purchase a license. After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your license information. Go to our Product Activation page and enter in your license information (Name and Serial), and the Site Code from the installed program's activation dialog box.
10. Where is the Site Code?
The Site Code is obtained by launching the program, and choosing Activation from the startup window or under the Help menu and checking the Manual Activatino checkbox.
11. I cannot activate my product. What should I do?
Please send an e-mal to support (
support@craftedge.com). Please include your name, serial number and the Site Code.
12. Can I install the software on a second computer?
The license for our software is a single user license, and entitles that single user to install the software on a second computer of the same platform for which the license was purchased for, provided they are not both used at the same time, or by more than one person.

14. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover), and PayPal. If you need to use a different payment type, please contact us at

15. Do I need a PayPal account to purchase?
We use PayPal to handle our purchases, however you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase. After you add your items to the shopping cart and click Checkout, you will be transferred to the PayPal website where you can either log into your existing PayPal account, or continue to pay without a PayPal account. At the end of the payment process, you will have an option to sign up for a PayPal account, but it is not required.
16. Is it secuire to purchase from your website?
Payments are handled by PayPal using SSL encryption to protect all the data and information you provided for the order.
17. How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Normally your order is processed immediately. You should receive a confirmation email from us with a Tracking Numbrer for your order. After your order is authorized, you should receive another confirmation email with your license information. If you purchased and did not receive any confirmation emails from us, please first make sure that any spam filter you may have running did not catch our mail as spam/junk.
18. I purchased your software but have not received anything. What should I do?
After you complete your purchase, you should have received a confirmation email from us with a Tracking Number for your order. After your order is authorized, you should receive another confirmation email with your license information. If you did not receive any confirmation emails from us, please first make sure that any spam filter you may have running did not catch our mail as spam/junk. If this is not the case, please email us at support@craftedge.com indicating as much of the following information so we can try to track down your order and status: Name, email used for purchasng, Tracking Number, PayPal Transaction ID, time/date of your purchase.
19. Can I download the software again without paying again?
Yes, you will be able to download again without paying, provided you have not lost your serial number. The latest version for your purchase can be
downloaded here
20. Will my software expire?
Our software is not subscription based and does not expire. You can continue to use it, provided you are running it on a compatible operating system as specified by the system requirements.
21. Do I have to pay for updates?
Updates for the version you purchased are free and can be
downloaded here. For example, if you purchased a license for version 1, all version 1 updates will be free (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc.).
